What I'm doing now

• Running the Certified Agile Leadership programme. The current six-week Certified Agile Leader 2 course is under way, and the next one starts on 11 November. Each session is designed around the results participants want back at work.
• Holistic Change. Helping organisations change by invitation rather than mandate, using Open Space and the eight open patterns to connect whole groups to outcomes that matter.
• TransformGov Talks and Policy Camp. Co-organising the community for people transforming government, and building on the first Policy Camp, held in July.
• Writing. A series of short articles on Deming, the Agile Manifesto and Cynefin, and how they fit together for leaders.
