Stuart Turner helps leaders and organisations change in ways that work for the people in them. A Certified Scrum Trainer and coach, he founded Holistic Agility, which runs Certified Agile Leadership programmes and human-led transformation work. He co-organises TransformGov Talks and helps run UKGovCamp and Policy Camp, bringing agile and open ways of working to public service.

Stuart Turner helps leaders and organisations change in ways that work for the people in them. A former software engineer in financial services, he moved into coaching, training and facilitation, and has run courses and workshops in 13 countries. He lived in Singapore from 2011, where he founded the Agile Singapore conference. Back in London, he leads Holistic Agility, running Scrum Alliance courses, the Certified Agile Leadership programme and Holistic Change, an approach to human-led transformation built on Open Space. He co-organises TransformGov Talks and helps run UKGovCamp and Policy Camp. Stuart is a Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach and Professional Certified Coach.

He began as a software engineer, mostly in financial services, building front-office and risk products before moving into a full-time role coaching 160 people to collaborate and innovate. A lasting curiosity about communities, and each person's place in them, led him into coaching, training and facilitation.

From 2011 Stuart lived in Singapore, where he founded the Agile Singapore conference in 2013. He has run courses and workshops in 13 countries and spoken at gatherings across Asia, Europe and North America, including keynotes for audiences of up to 1,100.

Back in London, he leads Holistic Agility, which he founded in 2019. It runs Scrum Alliance courses and the Certified Agile Leadership programme, coaches leaders and teams, and offers Holistic Change: human-led transformation that connects whole groups to meaningful outcomes using Open Space and OpenSpace Agility. He co-organises TransformGov Talks, a community for people transforming government, and helps run UKGovCamp and Policy Camp.

Stuart is a Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Team Coach with Scrum Alliance, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF. He is an OpenSpace Agility trainer, and an Advisory Board member and Educator with the Open Leadership Network.
