Hello, I'm Stuart.
I help leaders and organisations change in ways that work for the people in them.
For more than 25 years I've worked where products, organisations and people meet. I started as a software engineer, mostly in financial services, and kept being drawn to the human side: how teams work, how communities form, and how each person finds their place in them. That curiosity turned into coaching, training and facilitation.
I lived and worked in Singapore from 2011, founded the Agile Singapore conference in 2013, and taught and spoke across Asia, Australia and North America. I'm now back in London, working with organisations in the UK and beyond.
What I do now
My work lives at Holistic Agility, which I founded in 2019. We run Scrum Alliance courses and the Certified Agile Leadership programme, coach leaders and teams, and help whole organisations change through Holistic Change: human-led transformation that connects whole groups to meaningful outcomes.
Community
I co-organise TransformGov Talks, a community for people transforming government, and help organise UKGovCamp and Policy Camp, which ran for the first time in July 2026.
